She brings a depth of understanding of Government policymaking and building global brands and has had to manage some very challenging communications issues for the Companies she has served.

Health Services Development
Originally from a nursing background, Aileen joins our Advisory Board as our expert in Integrated Care. She has led the service and business development for Care UK and Allied Healthcare and has been involved in developing best practice models for the delivery of Nursing and mental and physical care services to CCG’s and the NHS.
Aileen is ensuring that we adhere to strict clinical best practice guidelines as we develop our Patient and call centre services.
Amanda is a highly accomplished board executive with over 20 years of NHS and commercial healthcare experience. She has held senior positions as Director of Transformation for NHS Acute Providers as well as Director of strategy and commercial development.
She brings a wealth of valuable experience to Tutella on how our services can be implemented to save money across a range of healthcare environments.
Gary is a highly qualified Continuous Improvement Director with over thirteen years performance improvement experience in the health. His project management training was with GE Health and he has led a range of projects in Acute Trusts and CCG’s to deliver major savings and benefits.
Gary is advising the Tutella team on the implementation of our services and how to navigate the world of Public health.
Paul Gaudin has been in the healthcare industry for 24 years. He has been an advisor to the Health Education Authority, has sat on a number of committees in Whitehall where he saw the need to develop more simple and impactful health and lifestyle models to encourage behaviour change. He developed the Q Score and set up roadtohealth Group to create a global distribution model. For the last 6 years he has traveled across the world working with a major Reinsurer, setting up the infrastructure to achieve what is now the worlds most widely used disease risk production App.He has run a private GP clinic business in London and provided occupational health services to a range of blue chip companies.
Maureen is a highly experienced Director with 15 years experience developing pharmacy and clinical services with call centre support in the UK and internationally. She led a UK Operations team to deliver pharmacy based biometric screens on behalf of public health initiatives, insurance partners and corporate health services.
With over 8 years experience as the Head of Digital at an international fashion brand, James co-founded BAO in 2010 quickly building the agency by securing clients such as The European Tour, Gleneagles and countless international start-ups and large corporate businesses. James graduated with a First in Internet Technology back in 2006.
After graduating with a First in Creative Online Design, Joe quickly became senior designer at a large agency with offices in Cambridge, London and Chicago. He designed entire websites for multi-national companies such as Coca-Cola, Shell, BP, Accenture and Swiss Re.
QA & Testing
Co-founder of BAO, Evan has over 8 years experience working primarily as a hybrid creative across a variety of industries including a number of internationally renowned retail, travel & public sector organisations. Evan graduated with a First Class Masters Degree in Multimedia Technology.
Claire is a highly experienced HR Director with over 15 years at board level in branded FMCG, professional services and charity organisations including 10 years with AB Foods, a FTSE 50 company. She has deep understanding of the challenges employers and employees face in the workplace and how to build employee engagement to deliver strong business performance.
